Most FYND rides should be scheduled at least 6 hours in advance to guarantee pickup times and ensure the right driver and vehicle are assigned.
We also offer on-demand ride requests Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, based on driver availability. If a driver is available, you’ll be able to book instantly. If not, you’ll be prompted to request a quote instead.

What areas do you serve?
We serve Pensacola and the surrounding area within approximately a 35-mile radius, including Gulf Breeze, Midway, Navarre, Pace, Milton, Orange Beach (AL), and Gulf Shores (AL).
Longer-distance trips and out-of-area requests may be available by request.
How much do rides cost?
Your price is calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and scheduling, and is always shown upfront before you book.
We use transparent pricing and fair dynamic adjustments when demand is higher — not aggressive surge pricing — so you’ll always know your exact price before confirming.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change:
- 4+ hours before ride: Full refund
- 2–4 hours before: 50% refund
- 1–2 hours before: 25% refund
- Less than 1 hour before or after driver is en route: No refund
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and Bitcoin.
All rides must be paid in advance to guarantee your reservation.
What if my driver can’t make it?
If your driver becomes unavailable due to illness or emergency, we’ll immediately attempt to assign another FYND driver.
If no replacement is available, we’ll contact you right away so you can choose to reschedule or cancel for a full refund.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor flight status in real time and adjust pickup timing if your flight is delayed — at no extra charge.
Can I request the same driver for regular trips?
