Become a Driver with FYND
We are not looking for just any driver. We are looking for drivers who are serious about their work, keep a clean and presentable vehicle, and are willing to provide excellent customer service.
How Pay Works
We charge riders per mile plus a service fee.
Drivers receive:
• 100% of the mileage portion
• 100% of their tips
The service fee is added on top and is not taken from the driver’s mileage or tips.
Service Levels and Pricing
Riders can choose different service levels such as X, Comfort, XL, and XXL.
Drivers are allowed to set their own rates for direct bookings only. This does not apply to category bookings.
For direct bookings, drivers may choose:
• Their minimum fare
• Their per-mile rate
Category bookings follow standard platform pricing and are not adjustable by the driver.
This allows drivers to build their own regular clientele through direct bookings.
When You Get Paid
If you complete a ride Monday through Thursday before 9 PM CST, you will be paid the next day before 5 PM CST.
If you complete a ride on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you will be paid on Monday before 5 PM CST.
You may also choose weekly payroll and get paid every Friday before 5 PM CST.
There are no payout fees.

All rides are scheduled in advance. You always know when you are working, how long you are working, and how much you are making.
