Pre-scheduled rides (recommended)
When you schedule your ride 6 or more hours in advance, you’ll see your price instantly and can pay at booking. Once paid, your ride is confirmed and a driver will be assigned — even for early-morning, late-night, or airport pickups.
On-demand ride requests
You can request an on-demand ride Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, based on driver availability.
If you request a ride outside of these hours or when availability is limited, you’ll be asked to request a quote instead. This helps ensure you’re never charged for a ride we may not be able to fulfill.
Sundays and outside-hour bookings
On Sundays, we offer scheduled rides only.
Outside of on-demand hours, rides must be booked in advance. Short-notice ride requests outside of 8:00 AM–8:00 PM may still be reviewed as a quote request, depending on driver availability.
If you request a quote, someone from FYND will contact you at 850-332-3415 to confirm pricing and availability. A driver is only dispatched after the ride is confirmed and paid.
