For longer trips, return travel time (“deadhead”) may apply depending on your destination and availability. If applicable, we’ll explain it clearly in your quote.

Overnight and extended-trip policy

Some long-distance trips require overnight travel or rest time for the driver. To keep things safe and professional:

• If a trip requires the driver to stay overnight, the client is responsible for covering the driver’s lodging (hotel).
• For very long trips (for example, trips that total 12+ hours of combined driving time there and back), overnight lodging may be required for safety.
• Any lodging requirements will be discussed and agreed upon before booking.
